What’s your cancellation policy?
Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled session. Cancellations under 24 hours will forfeit the session and be charged. Family emergencies, severe accidents, etc… will not count against you, but must have proof of circumstance.
Do I have to pay all at once?
Depending on your plan (1-on-1), there are various installment plans to break up the payments. Other options are set as is on the scheduling & pricing page
Do you have customer service?
Of course! Call, text, Facetime, email, or skype is available. I’m happy to help with any questions and/or concerns.
Where do your sessions take place?
Sessions can be done within your home or at gym or studio near your location. I have equipment that I can bring to our trainings so as to increase the intensity and add variety to your workouts. I regularly train clients in a studio in Manhattan if you don't have the facilities or space in your home.
What does a typical session look like?
A typical session lasts 60 minutes and looks like this: 5-10 minutes of a dynamic warmup, 5-10 minutes of corrective and mobility drills that are selected based on the client's needs, and 30-40 minutes of conditioning, strength, and power training that are selected based on the client and then followed up by 5 minutes of cool down stretching.
Pricing - How much does it cost?
I have a range of pricing options and packages to suit your training needs and budget.
The first session includes a fitness and nutrition assessment, expectation and goal setting, and a training center tour if desired. The $10 nominal fee for the first session is to ensure you are serious about training with me and improving your physique.
You can save money with package discounts. A single session will cost significantly more than a 3, 6 or 12 month package. This is because the more sessions we have together, the more I'm going to enjoy training with you. If you only come for one session, then it's a trade of training for money. If you sign up for 6 months of training, then we are building a relationship and I get to be a part of your incredible journey! It is very rewarding for me to get to see your progress and development, and that is why I offer a steep discount for longer commitments.
What services do you offer?
In-Person Personal Training
This will include weekly training sessions at your location of choice. We will focus on performance evaluation, correcting potential imbalances, building a neuromuscular foundation, and improving how you move.
Online Fitness Coaching
This will include direct one-on-one coaching with a certified coach, custom meal plans and training programs, and weekly check-ins, daily accountability messages, progress tracking, and problem solving.
