Fitness Consultation

The purpose of the fitness consultation is to answer your questions and provide you with a clear plan to achieve your fitness goals. If you're considering fitness coaching in-person or online, this is where you would start.

 

On this call we will identify where you are, where you want to go, and a clear plan to get there. We will dive deep into goal setting, and with your permission, I'll provide feedback for you to improve your focus and prioritize the areas of importance. You will leave this call with a training and nutrition plan to begin working on immediately.

 

If you're located in Williamsburg, Brooklyn this can also be completed at a gym setting in-person. Tom will analyze your lifestyle and how your body functions to customize a training program and nutrition plan according to your goals and needs.

With everything I do, it's my goal to provide you much more value than what you're paying for, so at the end of this call you'll have fitness goals, a clear training program, and a custom nutrition plan to reach your goals.

Training Program

All client training programs are customized based on your body and specific needs. Your custom training program will take into consideration your unique lifestyle, mobility, and strengthening requirements as well as your performance, strength, hypertrophy, and cardiovascular goals.

 

Typical training programs follow 4-6 week cycles where we focus on improving your performance with key exercises. Each new training program is chosen to complement the previous training cycles to build a strong and healthy physique.

Training programs are customized based on the days you are available to train, the equipment available to you, and your recovery ability. Regular updates are expected to adjust for life variables and how you respond.

Nutrition Coaching

Nutrition is not complicated, but many fitness coaches pretend it is to sell a special system, fad diet, or supplement. I'm going to make it super simple for you. Here is the basic outline for nutrition coaching to achieve any fitness goal.

Step 1: Complete this nutrition calculator to understand your body’s macronutrient requirements.

Step 2: Choose 4 meals per day that meet your protein and carb requirements per meal.

It's simple, but it's not easy. Fitness coaching is how we get you to actually do the things you want to do and how we hold you accountable.

Fitness Coaching

Life happens and it's easy to fall off track. Fitness coaching is having a teammate with you on your journey to hold you accountable and help you solve problems when they come. Weekly check-ins, unlimited messaging, exercise technique feedback, and organized support will ensure that you have every tool you need to achieve your goals. I'll help you break down big habits into smaller and easier chunks and I'll share the lessons I've learned and resources I've gathered from training hundreds of clients to achieve their fitness goals.

When you sign up for in-person training you receive fitness coaching included in your plan so you're paying for results, not just to hangout for an hour.

In-Person Training

Your training is only as good as your execution. If you have a great training program but your technique is off, you can waste years without making significant progress. Training in-person allows you to learn perfect exercise technique with immediate feedback so you're able to see progress in the shortest amount of time possible.

 

Experience the ultimate fitness transformation and choose from one, two, or three training sessions per week to receive expert guidance on exercise technique, in-person motivation, and personalized attention and accountability. Who I'm Not Fit For

If you don't want to work hard then please don't waste your time or mine. If you're not serious about getting results, I recommend looking for someone that will entertain you for a lesser fee.

 

I am very passionate about teaching and empowering my clients to do it on their own, so if you're not interested in learning, I'm not a good fit for you. If you're bored and looking for someone to talk with as you workout, I'm not a good fit for you.
