Online Fitness Consultation

Start here. During this 60-minute session, we develop a personalized nutrition and exercise plan that is tailored to your specific needs and preferences. I will answer any questions and help you focus your efforts where it matters most.

Online Coaching

Online fitness coaching to take your training to the next level. You'll receive a custom training program, nutrition plan, measurable goals, and accountability through daily messages and weekly calls. With one-on-one attention, you'll develop sustainable and effective fitness habits that help you reach your goals and you'll build habits that allow you to continue for life.

In-Person Training

Experience the ultimate fitness transformation and choose from one, two, or three training sessions per week to receive a full range of coaching benefits including customized training programming and nutrition planning that fits your lifestyle and needs, expert guidance on exercise technique, in-person motivation and guidance, and personalized attention and accountability. I'm currently accepting in-person clients in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
