I lived in pain for 10+ years before I found the way out.
I've had back pain since I was 10 years old. I visited chiropractors, physical therapists, and multiple doctors. By age 20 I had 4 diagnoses: scoliosis, spinal stenosis, bulging discs, degenerative disc disease.
I’ve also had plantar fasciitis, shin splints, peroneal tendinitis, knee bursitis, torn knee ligaments, and a rotator cuff injury, but every time I went to the doctor I got the same answer: rest, manage it, accept it.
