For most people the recommendation will be more food than you're used to eating, but don't worry, this is something to work towards over time as you increase your exercise activity.

Step 3: Create Your Nutrition Plan



Watch this video and make a copy of this spreadsheet to create your custom nutrition plan to reach your fitness goal. By the end of this exercise you should be crystal clear on what you need to eat to achieve your goals.


Step 4: Stay Consistent



Watch this video to help you stay consistent on your nutrition journey. These tips will make it easier and simpler for you to follow your plan and it helps you to focus your attention where it matters most.
